We have been
working with Heather since we completed her job on October 8th We have
responded and addressed every issue or problem she has notified us ofWe have
voluminous records of our interactions with herAnd at no time have we
declined to respond to her calls or emails. We did complete her job on October h We installed the job
per our contractHowever, several days after installation she complained that
the tub was too narrow for her to useAfter several visits to her home, along
with emails and phone calls we agreed to replace the tub at no charge to her
The only tub she would agree to that would work in her 29" alcove was a
Kohler Archer which was 2" wider at the inside bottom than the acrylic tub
we initially installedEven though we fulfilled and
completed the contract we decided the effort and expense was worth it because
we wanted a happy and satisfied customer. For organization purposes, I'll respond to each of
her complaints as stated in the letter you sent me.l We leave manufacturer's
warranty information on the job siteOur warranty is for years as stated on
the back of the contract that *** signed. The plumbing was done by *** *** ** ** *** and was inspectedRon *** is available if you should want to talk to himThere was never a "plumbing" leakWhat *** was referring to was caused by her pointing the handheld at the face plate of the shower handle trimThis drove water at full pressure through the faux tile grout line of the acrylic wall and worked its way to the back side of the plumbing wallA small amount of water with use going thru that faux grout joint is normally not an issue because Kohler fabricates a weep hole at the bottom of the flange to allow water to escapeWe caulked the faux grout joint to assist the factory installed gasket and this resolved the issue. She said because of this "plumbing" leak
she called an electrician due to the small amount of water which trickled over
a romex wire that ran along the beam in the basement below. However, when we were at ***' home everything was dry and
she had to show us how she got the water to go behind the faceplateWe did not
see the damaged toys/games and we did not see an invoice from an electrician
We told her to work with our insurance companyOur insurance company states that to date she
has refused to sign the release in order to receive the claim which is under
$250.The plumber she is referring to is a family
plumber that she enlisted to help her get out of paying usBoth Ron Vaglahn
and I have talked to him personally and he denies saying anything regarding the
plumbing. When *** called about the tri-view mirror medicine cabinet, I went to her home to see what the problem wasI found that due to a mix up with the fasteners during the production of the WoodPro medicine cabinet, a couple small 1/4th inch cracks appeared where the screw attached the mirrors to the cabinetThere was no loose shards and I did take a picture of the mirrorI called WoodPro and got replacements for all three mirrors which we installed with nylon screws and all new hardware as soon as they arrivedThese nylon screws do not crack the mirrorsShe has not contacted gne further about this.In regards to a broken drawer track, this is the
first I have heard of itThe only other vanity complaint I heard from her is
regarding the reveal on both sides of the toe kick which is industry standard. The vanity was in perfect condition the last time we were
there to look at the Kohler faucetThe doors and drawers were not defective
and if there is something wrong now, it would appear to be intentional abuse
However, we are willing to go look at it or possibly request the WoodPro Rep to
go to take a lookNote that this is a new issue that we only found out about
thru our correspondence with the Credit Card Chargeback department on 2/15/16.We replaced the Kohler faucet which was not
defective but had its finish rubbed off at the base. The issue of peeling caulk is something new as well
and she has not contacted us about that. The only communication since the last time we were at her home
in February was a complaint from the Revdex.com (complaints started on 10/16/and
every time I respond there is a new morphed complaint filed for a total of
three notices, I believe, with the last one dated February th which
I just got today) and reversing the credit card charges in the amount of
$4,on 2/8/We believe that *** is simply determined not to pay
us for the work we have completed for her.In conclusion, we will continue
to work with her to resolve any issues she may have that she informs us ofWe
have been in the remodeling business for decades and we try to always treat our
customers the way we would want to be treatedWe have a good reputation in our
community and among our peers which is important to us

NO paperwork was ever left with me regarding any warranties.I have numerous emails, calls, and facebook messages that went unanswered from TerryThese are all date and time stamped.I have numerous photos showing this was not a small leak and that this leak caused black moldThe quality of products is inferiorI tried contacting the cabinet maker and they will not help me at all unless I have the warranty paperworkthe plumber they are referring to is not a family friend, he runs a local competitor plumbing companyHe has installed toilets for meI can provide his name and phone number and he can refute what Terry is claiming.Revdex.com:

The cracked mirror still has NOT been replaced. The cracked wood door has not been replaced. Missing caulk has not been replaced. Plumbing still leaks. I hired a new plumber and his estimate to fix these items is roughly $1,300. The faulty plbing has not been re-done. This plumbing is NOT up to code and will not pass inspection.Bath Fixer gave me none of rhe warranty paperwork. I am over $200 because of their faulty plumbing. Their insurance company offered to pay me but I have to sign a waiver releasing Bath Fixer from everything. Revdex.com:
