February 4, 2015Dear Sir or Madam:
We reviewed the response from Bath & Floor Stiles (“BFS”) and still do not view the contract specified work as complete. The final "punch list" items are:
1. We want a “readily accessible” attic access panel as we have been requesting since BFS delivered a trimmedwith moulding, caulked shut and painted version in December 2014.
2. [redacted] sent new cartridges on 12/4/2014 and of this writing BFS has failed to install them.
3. Finish installation of the toilet paper holder since the product supplied by BFS came without the set screwneeded to secure it. The installation crew could not find a replacement screw at [redacted] during their attempt to install it in December 2014. BFS still has not provided the screw.
4. We disagree that the tub drain was designed and engineered to be extremely difficult to raise and lower. Webelieve that this is either an error in installation or a manufacturer defect. We have mentioned this to BFS and requested that they fix it. As of this writing BFS has not corrected it.We do not consider this complaint closed at this time. BFS has contacted us and we are scheduling a time for them to complete the punch list items.Thank you for helping us resolve this matter.Best regards,

business.As per our contract with the referenced client, we have furnished all the items, obtained all Anne Arundel county required permits for each trade, and inspected as per the requirement's codes, all has been completed and passed . Further, guidelines as well as the customer satisfaction has been our objective and first priority.In terms of client’s complaint;1. Access panel being shut is not true, there is molding trim on top of the access panel as requested per owner to disguise the visual appearance of access panel, this can be easily accessible as desired in any given moment, we offered to show whenever they need it. if they want more of a standard access we will be happy to do it.2. Faucet failure is a manufacturer defect, we phoned the [redacted] Manufacturer and obtained replacement cartridges which was sent directly to the client and it was queued for replacement.3. Bathroom accessories was offered at compliments of Bath and Floor Stiles, set screw must of gotten lost at the time of installation but definitely not worth writing about we will glad to fix.4. Tub Drain did not constitute any defects nor any abnormalities it just the way they are made.Further, we will collaborate with your office's and attempt to contact the customer to rectify any concerns they have.Best Regards,

This letter, is regarding to the complaint of our customer [redacted] about cork flooring job done by Bath and Floorstiles Inc. at his resident. We have contacted the manufacturer's representative to contact the customer and inspect the cork flooring. We are waiting for his input to this matter....

Cork floor has warranty for the structural defect. The usual problem with natural wood flooring products are cupping or crowning from excessive moisture, however as an expert myself, it looks like a misuse case. Customer owns a 110 lb., oversized dog. Which we believe might be the explanation of the missing chunks in the cork floor. As you might know the cork flooring is a natural, organic product, Soft on touch with no pet warranty and 1 bring this important piece of information to all our customer's attention at the sales time. After the inspection manufacturer's Representative will provide the detailed report to offices of Revdex.com and to the consumer as well.Thanks For your attention,???? G
