My experience with Bob, owner of Bath Gallery in Berwyn was a nightmare. Let me explain. My hot tub stopped heating the water and was flashing a FL1 code. I checked the Revdex.com for hot tub repairmen with A+ rating but they were all backed up busy. I found Bath Gallery didn't have any positive or negative reviews so I decided to give them a shot. Bad move on my part. Bob the owner came over and seemed genuine at first. He diagnosed the problem and changed the motor. During this process he claimed that the external wiring was all wrong and the internal wiring (done by the hot tub manufacturer) to panel was all wrong. If this was the case how has my hot tub worked flawlessly for 10+ years? As he started to fidget with the wiring sparks started shooting out and he shorted out my panel. Absolutely wonderful. He then left and I had to call him to explain how my hot tub was not functional at all. He came back and rigged the hot tub to be fully on until he could find a replacement panel and wouldn't admit that he broke it. Funny as it worked perfectly for the last 10 years until he touched it. At this point I texted him asking when he would be back to fix all this and turn OFF my hotub as running it 24/7 would surely burn out my new motor! He responded by texting me to "take a Valium and I'll get there when I get there". That was the last straw, completely unprofessional response to his ineptness and I fired him. I called Jay from TurboTubs who I should've waited for in the first place. He came out and replaced the shorted out panel and fixed he mess that Bob made. As expected my external wiring was fine but was now an additional $600 in the hole thanks to Bob. Avoid Bath Gallery in Berwyn at all costs!
