The installers first off did not even install the correct products, the shower head and the shower rod are incorrect, the installers we're constantly leaving, borrowing money off of me, urinated on my toilet, yes I said on my toilet that was brand new and I have never even gotten to use it. The shower rods sold to us was supposed to be a permanent shower rod of which my mother and myself were both present when that was told to us by our salesman. The shower rod is nothing but a tension rod, they lost my dustpan, the installers would show up and then leave for longer than they were here in the first place, left the trash for 4 days after the job was completed when the contract clearly states they haul away all job to breese, I had to do that myself and not only that I have to do that myself I have a strict City that will only take garbage inside of our container and it was a 30 gallon contractor size garbage bag overflowing with garbage sticking out of it.the service guy who came here to fix my shower rod because it was installed too low and install the shower head that we actually purchased not the crap one they tried to give us and he didn't even think that the shower rod was something that they sell to customers because he's never seen it before. the most stressful and horrific time in my life and all I wanted was a new shower.

While we are sorry to hear of these concerns, Ms. never called the office to share her concerns. As her shower head and curtain rod were back ordered, we installed temporary products so that she could use her new shower system, until such a time as her ordered products came in. When they arrived we immediately went out and installed them. We have found people prefer to use their shower system as soon as possible, rather than wait on a couple products to come in.

As far as Leaving the garbage bag, I agree we should have taken that. we apologize for that inconvenience. In the future, we would love to have you call the office with any concerns, so we could address them right away.

As always, our goal is to offer a stress free, professional install. We are truly sorry that Ms. doesn't feel she received this with her experience.

We were to have our bathroom completed in mid-August. Then it became late August. Then it moved to September. First installation was on 9/20 - took a vacation day. After they were to arrive they called in that they were not coming. Next installation day as 9/27. Once again they did not show up. Next installation day was 10/14. They delivered the bathtub with the wrong drain. The panel was also defective. Two issues, had to schedule another installation day. On the installation day they installed the wrong bath tub - size and color. The installers questioned this because it was not on the contract. They were told they had talked to us that the tub was the wrong color and size (as listed on the contract) and we approved it. This is not true! We looked at the installation after the panels were up. We informed them the bath tub was the wrong size and color. They informed us they were told we were informed of the change and approved it. This is not true! Now the panels are up and we have the wrong bath tub - wrong size and wrong color both. This is a cheaper tub as well. This is not what is listed on the contract. The company has not responded with how they plan to correct this situation. This have been a very painful experience for us.

We purchased a shower insert that was poorly installed. The employee that did the installation was fired. Another installer came out to check the issues and agreed they needed to be fixed. I put a review on Google with 2 stars because of the problems stating I hope they can fix the problems. I received a call from Kevin Rubin saying because of my review he was going to cancel the service that was planned. He was very rude and told me I had no business writing that review that it hurts his company. I feel he should have called me to apologize for the awful job that was done instead of threatening me . My review was factual and not scathing. Not to mention the fact that they originally installed the wrong product with no apology.
We purchased the product in July and wasn't installed until November.
