Review: About a month ago we were at a home show where we met [redacted], a sales man for this company who took our information down and we agreed to be contacted down the road for a free estimate as well as entering a contest. Yesterday I was called from the company during the day (the actual number that called me was ###-###-####). I told the gentlemen we were no longer interested and he understood. Then at night time I received another call from the same number. I told this second guy that I spoke with someone earlier and again told him we were not interested. After being interrupted multiple times and him still trying to convince me I asked him to please remove me from the calling list. His reply... "I will not remove you and I will still continue to call you". Who even says that? and what would make him think I would ever give him business with that attitude? I told him, no issue, I did not have to answer, wished him a good night and hung up the phone. Today I did get a call and no one spoke when I answered. This is no way to conduct business and it was extremely unprofessional, not to mention it's called harassment! I tried calling they phone number on the web site to speak to a manager, but it directs me to a call center, rather than an actual business. They also claim to be Revdex.com certified, but I noticed your website does not recognize its name. Sounds like a fishy and possible fraudulent business. Their work ethics, or lack of should be investigated...Desired Settlement: I want nothing except to be removed from their list and to never be contacted again, as well and some kind of investigation in to their business practices and how they harass customers or potential customers.
