The installers were excellent, pleasant and professional. They were under stress in this heat 104 degrees for 2 days and were still good natured. Love the walk in bath they did for my mom and the shower they did for us. I would recommend to everyone. And I don't want to forget [redacted] being a great help when I needed answers, she the best.

Completely satisfied with the workmen, they came in early, worked diligently all day and completed the shower promptly within one day. They were friendly and professional, did their work expertly.

Recently had EasyCare Bath & Shower install a new shower. We started in February after scheduled an appt at the Home & Garden Show in Pasco. After we met with the sales rep, we decided to proceed with the new shower. It took EasyCare three weeks to deposit our first check, which they said it would be within 3 days of the order. I had to call 2 times to find out if they had received the check and deposited it. After finding it on my bank statement as cleared, I found out it had been deposited.

After about 2 months, they called to schedule the installation. When the workers came, they were very polite, put down cloths to catch the dirt etc. However, one of the workers cut the shower panel incorrectly and it had to be reordered. The worker told me he would return in two weeks. At the end of the 2 week period, I wrote a letter to the manager to find out when the work would be finished. Because we were having out of town company after June 1st and there would be numerous guests using only one shower (we had one working shower), I told EasyCare that we needed this completed no later than May 31st. Because the panel came in wrong again, they had to postpone another installation. They finally scheduled the installation on May 31st (cutting it close) and it was completed that day. They did not glue down the new linoleum, after putting it down over the old. It is a tripping hazard, but we did not want them to put down a chrome strip as it would look tacky. We have to be very careful not to chip or trip on the flooring.

I would like to say that I am sure these things don't always take place, but it just seemed to be one thing after another.

We like the shower very much and it looks great. I am not sure I would recommend them to anyone, but it might be a possibility they wouldn't mess up someone else's installation.

We had EasyCare remove a shower and tub and replace it with a custom made handicap shower. Their work was excellent, they use very good material, clean up after they are done, and want you to be satisfied. I would use them again on any project that I would need completed. [redacted] did the work for us and he takes much pride in his work and wants you to be satisfied with the product

Great experience. Came when they said they would. Worked swiftly and cleanly. Finished on time. Took time to explain all the questions I had. I would surely use this company in the future.

The sales and installation personnel were professional, prompt, and displayed excellent work ethics. [redacted] the plumber/installer was with us for 2.5 days and was a delightful young man whose work and explanations were outstanding.

The walk-in bathtub was installed in one day. The installers, Jake and Jeremy, had a very high work ethic and did not stop all day, even for a break. The results were gorgeous and we are so happy with the performance of the tub and how beautiful the surround to the ceiling is. I researched all walk-in bath installers extensively and Bath Planet of Spokane had numerous pages of excellent reviews on Guild Quality with at least half naming Jake as a great installer. That is why I went with Bath Planet instead of a local company and I specifically asked for Jake in the contract. He is an exceptional young man and a really, really good worker.
I would check to see if your city requires a city license in addition to the state license that Bath Planet has, and keep a copy of the city permit for the future when not having it could hold up the sale of your home. Out of the approximate 500 towns and cities in WA State, approximately 66 require a city license in addition to the state license.

The purchase transaction and installation of my parent's walk-in tub went off without a hitch. The installers came early yesterday and were done by the afternoon. They kept me informed during the whole process and thoroughly explained the proper use of the tub once it was installed. They cleaned up afterwards and left things in great condition.

This review is for a two day install on 1/27/14 & 1/28/14. This company installed a walk in bath tub in my guest bathroom, and installed a new shower in the master bath. This was also the same time new flooring and a new water heater were also installed. These gentlemen were extremely polite, quiet, and very fast. I was proud of the job that they did, and the recognition that they gave me during the install. Very Well Done Bath Planet!!!!!

totally positive experience, from the customer rep who came to my house with many product samples, who did not leave until he was sure I was totally happy with my selections, to jake who promptly started on the project, working with great care to make sure every aspect of the tub and shower was perfectly done.

I would definitely give this company a 10+ rating. I had 3 estimates and the rep who initially came, was very knowledgeable in explaining the process. My new shower installation was done when it was suppose to be done. The young gentleman, who did the installation, was here promptly @8 in the morning and was completely done by 5 that evening. Very excellent workmanship and personable. I've already referred 3 people to them and if they do have Bath do the work, we each get a $100, not bad! By the way, the pricing was comparable to the other 2 companies, and I chose Bath because of their knowledgeable know how.

Bath Planet came through as promised. I am very happy with my new shower.

The 2 man crew arrived on time. Explained what they were going to install, removed the old tub-shower, installed new plumbing and put up the acrylic walls trays, a seat and grab bars. They arrived at 8:00 A.M. and left at 4:00 P.M. They explained how the new shower heads worked. They cleaned up their work area well.

Our second job with this business and both times have been superb. Very professional, on time, neat, friendly with full clean up when job was done. Would have again. Highly recomend.

The workmen, [redacted] and [redacted], arrived on time, took care to cover my carpet and minimize the mess of demolishing my old bathtub and tiled shower stall. The new install was completed in one day with excellent workmanship and minimal disruption to my day. I would certainly recommend EasyCare Bath & Showers to my friends.

The job he did is wonderful. I had questions during his time here and he answered to my satisfaction. Job done in one day and cleaned up nicely. Very pleased.

Bath Planet showed up on time; discussed job with us before starting to make sure everything was correct; came prepared with all materials so there was no interruption; worked diligently all day; worksite inside and out was left clean; absolutely beautiful high quality final product; we are really happy with the result.
