and shower doorsThe entire system is installed properly and is water-tight, including the shower doorsAs you agree, the only issue is a small gap between the shower glass and the shower framework which is only an appearance issue, only noticeable when seated on the commodeAny adjustments to the leveling of the shower base would be much more noticeable to anyone entering the bathroom and would not improve the performance of the shower or the shower doors

I am rejecting this response because: the company's written materials claim "custom" installation and guaranteed workmanship, nowhere does it talk about tolerances That "small gap" does not look small to me and is immediately noticeable to anyone who sees it, this is not the quality of workmanship that I was led to expect from Bath Transformations representatives The gap makes the shower look like a botched DIY project I did not get what I paid for and I would hate to see someone else repeat my poor choice in selecting Bath Transformations for bathroom remodeling, their work is over-priced and the workmanship is a disappointment
