My 2 tubs cracks they fixed & refinished are back a year later. There was supposedly a 5 year warranty, but they refuse to even call back or email after initially answering & hearing about the problem. The refinish itself was only adequate as they missed spots & oversprayed. I could have lived with that as the price was lower but refusing to call back now is straight shady. Terrible service

Great customer service. Old out dated tub looks new again. They did a very good job protecting everything in the bathroom with plastic.

left enamel paint on counter. their tape pulled paint off cupboards. broke the shower head holder. took no responsibility.
Sooooo, if you don't mind a company not taking responsibility for mistakes then go with these people. Also, they flat out tried to deny breaking the shower head holder even though my daughter watched the guy try to glue it back together. Nothing was said about any of this. He just went on his way. Emails to customer service did no good.
