I received a $gift card as a gift (it was purchased in a store, not online)I live in Charlottesville, VA and went to the local store to use the gift cardI was told by the employee that I could not use the gift card in the store, I could only use it onlineI went to http://www.capitalteas.com and followed the instructions to create an account and enter in a gift certificate on my accountThe gift certificate they reference is only digits longThe gift card I have has numbers plus three different sets of numbersI tried many combinations and variations and none of the numbers would takeI sent an email via the webform and received an automatic response saying I would hear back in about hoursI heard nothing so I submitted another web form a few days laterI tried calling the number on the website and on the sales emai
Since, I was being forced to do an exchange instead of getting a refundI feel that the Tea that their now sending me via the USPS might be tainted?
The day I purchased a Capital Tea's tumbler along with some other tea items at the Towson Town Center Mall in Towson Maryland on June 26, Since, I was flying back home to Arizona also on June 26thI didn't notice that the Tea tumbler was half painted around the rubber seal until June 27, I immediately called Captial Tea's Corporate Office to find out what I should do since, I live out of state? I left several messages on their Customer Service on June 27, Since, no one returned my phone callI called again on July 3rd twice at two different timesI finally got a returned voice mail phone call the moment that I left the houseSaying her name and, that she would be leaving at 3pm that dayAnd, that she would be back in the office on July 5, at am and, left me her extensionI called her back at 8:am on July

Was looking for a healthy drink without any sugar or sugar substituteTried the Roasted Almond Tea sampleTasted great and sweetI asked the salesperson if there was ANY added sweetener in the sampleHe INSISTED THERE WAS NONEI was pretty skeptical since it tasted sweet but was going to give it a tryHe then tells me the tea will cost $and OH he is going to just TOP OFF THE TIN...the iced tea diffuser was $28...so he rings me up and I pay $108? i'm just happy to try something healthy that tastes sweet WITHOUT added sweeteners that I don't even care about the PRICE DECEIT Went home, followed directions to make the iced teaDrink it a few hours later....NO SWEETNESS AT ALLIn disgust my busband dropped my tea diffuser off at the store with the tea that I had purchased and asked for a return phone call from the store managerAt his visit there he was informed by the assistant store manager that they were absolu

Went to the store on 4/16/ Met by employee Jake who assisted in selecting tea We specified we do not use any sweeteners like sugar, honey etcand we were reassured by Jake and co-worker John that the teas contained none of them On that basis we purchased $50+ worth of Coconut Kiss teaLooked up ingredients at home and found that banana chips are sweetened with sugar and honey After much back and forth, only thing company will offer us is exchange through that store, which is mi away and not convenient There is a kiosk of same store min from our home but they will not allow us to get a replacement there Store employees admitted their error
