Dear Business Bureau,It is very unfortunate, [redacted] is not happy with her shower layoutWe would like to complete her remodel for herWe are both in a difficult situation [redacted] wanted a certain shower layout, we advised her against itShe said “I want something different” Now all the permeant concreate, mortar, tile is in place, we received a call from her saying she did not want the pony wall after all We confirmed the shower was built out as specified in the contract, her response was to hang up the phoneThen we received a letter from the Revdex.comHer complaint was tile workmanshipWe are completely surprised by this, because the tile workmanship was never mentionedIf there is cracked, uneven and chipped tile, we are surewilling to take care of it for her, no problem! We request the opportunity to meet with her, and look at the tile issues [redacted] has not been contacted by phone, since the abrupt end to the last conversationWe agreed it was clear she did not want to talk to usHowever, this being said, I we will contact [redacted] ***, in hopes of reaching an agreement [redacted] ***, is seeking complete return of her deposit,payment, materials and laborUnfortunately this is not possible, as the shower was built out, to her request, as written in the contractWe are so sorry she does not like it.Bathroom Redesign, is willing to offer [redacted] a Goodwill discount of $ Our hope is this will show [redacted] , we are willing to helpThank you,***Bathroom Redesign
