Your light globe broke while tearing out the cast iron tubIf it was installed properly the first time the vibrations from the tear out would have never rattled the screw looseThe globe was replaced and the light was working when we leftWe tore out a 60" tub and replaced it with a 32xshower baseYour rod is out further to give you more arm roomI'm sure it does not leakI would have loved to be given a chance to replace your trim but as soon as I left your home you did nothing but bad mouth me onlineYou obviously have not had work done from contractors, that, or you have been ripped off in the past and forgot aboutWe offer a lifetime warranty on al of our work and I honestly think you could have called me to take care of these issues prior to exploiting them without giving us a chanceI would be more than happy to touch up your paint and install your wood trimAnd I'm honestly not too worried about the bill if we can come to a resolutionThanksBalance Due:

Never had any friends lie, they saw pictures of the work that was done and respondedI feel embarrassed about nothing but hiring this company to do the workI have hired contractors to put in fencing, repair our fireplace, install ductwork, furnace, roof, carpet and redo the walls in our house, all with no problems or being ripped off by any of themMy light stopped working minutes,I do not owe $because you did not install shelves that cost $and I also told you I didn't want the shower head and was told $would be removed from the billWe have had more problems with our shower that we had to fix since issuing this complaint and also with out toilet that you removed and reinstalled incorrectlyWe fixed them ourselves because if you didn't do them right the first time why would we let you come back and screw then up a second time

Your shelves were back ordered and received just days after your installation was completeAfter explaining to you that they were back-ordered that's when you decided you no longer wanted themYou still signed a contract to purchase the shelves
*** I would like to ask why I was never called after the installation was complete so I would have known of the issues addressed above?
I feel I was not given a chance and was discredited for my customer serviceNot time did you call my cell phone, my business phone, or email me about the issues you have now addressed
My company is not worried about your past due balance and I honestly feel the same wayAll do respect I will not have any contact with you or your boyfriend and your warranties through my company will be terminated

I was never told that the handle we were getting was from ***, just that it was a DeltaI cancelled the shelves before they ever came in, I canceled them after you got rude with us and we decided we didn't want to deal with youI emailed you and told you we didn't want them and you replied back and had me confirm several times that I wanted them removed from the contract, I have the emails to prove itI did email you to let you know some of the issues we were having and you got very rude with your replies and only offered to come back one time, at a time I was unavailable, you never offered another date or timeI'm not sure how you would have any further contact with my boyfriend when I don't have a boyfriend, you must have me mistaken with someone elseI do have a HUSBAND of years thoughAnd of course you don't want to uphold your warranties, you know you did shoddy work
