I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. Bathrooms in one week states they told us numerous times it would take 2-4 weeks for the appropriate order of counter and cabinet. The only decision not made was regarding the tile...not the cabinet or counter top and not once we're we told we needed to make the decision 2-4 weeks prior. Bathrooms in one weeks states we are not happy about anyone working in our home yet we were were pleased with meuth whom completed our wood flooring on time despite bathroom other delays from bathrooms in one week. It's not about quantity it is about quality and bathrooms in one week did not provide quality that they assured us. It was not just toothpaste and hair around the bathroom that needed to be cleaned it was drywall dust, paint drops, etc. Bathrooms in one weeks states they are part of VA approved contractors yet they are not approved by owensboro home.builders association as told to me personally by [redacted] at HBA. I am not pleased with bathrooms in one week work or their response to my compliant. Thanks Revdex.com for your assistance with this problem.

time delay was due because the cabinets and counter top colors were not chosen until 4 days before the project started. The home owners were told numerous times that it takes 2-4 weeks once colors are selected so this was not our fault on the extended completion time. The owners added additional work to other areas of the home, we also fixed plumbing items that were defective adding more work/time to the project. We tried to complete the project after cabinets and counter tops arrived but the owners informed us to wait because they were having there hardwood floors refinished causing further delay. All areas of the project were fully cleaned and wiped down. After completion the owners requested a few items be touched up, the guys touched up the specific items and cleaned the areas that needed touch ups. The bathroom counters, cabinets and other areas had toothpaste, hair, make up and other hygiene products all over them so we did not feel obligated to clean these areas. Our working time frame during the week is from 8am-5pm, we did not inform the owner that someone would be on-site at all time during these hours due to drying time for certain product applications such as drywall finish work and tile setting. To be fair we deducted $695 from the total cost as a nice gesture, we want all of our customers to appreciate the work we have completed to there home. The owner stated they were upset and unhappy with poor workmanship from the first contractor ([redacted]) that remodeled there master bathroom, it seems the owners are not satisfied no matter who works in there home.
