STAY AWAY FROM BATHROOMS PLUS! Do not go near unless you want to be promised that every dollar you spend will go right down that new drain they install or through the caulk which will do nothing other than cause a major mold issue! Before we made this large purchase, we were promised the caulk was mildew proof and that no water would get underneath, then why does it keep continuing to form? If you try to contact the owner Mike (which may take months) and let him know what is happening he will do nothing but blame you and talk BS! He only gives you the run around along with a link that defines mildew. He does not stand behind his work! I have been having this mold problem which is occurring throughout my whole shower! It's been forming under the caulk where the shower walls meet the floor pan, on all three shelves they installed, and all around the bench they put in as well.
I've used nothing other than dawn and/or vinegar and water just like he told me.
Everything Mike had told me from day one has turned out to be nothing other than lies.
1. He stated that he backs up his "top quality products" with a lifetime guarantee, that's a lie!
2. He stated you'll never have a mold issue, that's a lie!
3. He stated if you do in fact have any problems, he would take care of it, that's a lie!
4. When you call and are told he'll get back to you, that's a lie!
I tried to give the guy the benefit of the doubt thinking ok maybe he is busy, but that's obviously not the case! I've had enough! I've been going back and forth and having this mold issue after only having the shower for a couple months! This last time he finally got back to me which was weeks and weeks later it was only via email. He never even had the respect to actually call me, all he sends me is a link he found online that defines mold. That's real professional right! I know how mold forms so thank you but that's not my problem. His guys knocked all my walls down while doing the installation and there wasn't mold anywhere!
He has done nothing other than ignore me, lie, and is not standing by the terrible work that was done! What a total waste of money and the worst experience I've ever had with any company!
