so. Almost 6 months later customer contacted us that some of her chairs and table Top were loose. I suggested a simple screwdriver or wrench would tightened them. Not being the answer customer was looking for, her mother took the phone from her to demand I take care of it, then about 10 minutes later her adult brother called making the same demands and threatened to "ruin my business via social media". Customer and her brother has attempted to extort the solution they want via social media and now the Revdex.com. I have attempted to contact customer via phone and social media to arrange a technician to go to her home and take care of the issues.
