Hello, We had contacted Mrs [redacted] directly and had many conversations with her by phone and by email All of which are documented We had a year warranty on her tub and requested many times to be allowed to service her tub to correct any repairs and issues with the initial service But she denied us access to the tubShe told me she was going to do the repairs herself and she was just demanding $refund for part of the work We tried to reason with her but she refused to cooperate She posted the complaint and told us that if we were to refund the $then she would remove the complaint She assured us that she would I can provide you with receipt of the refund if you require but as you can see it was processed 05/05/01:36:PM [redacted] Return [redacted] 05/[redacted] 245.00Show ReceiptI am surprised to see that she took no action to remove the complaint We did everything in our power to make this customer happy They gave us information about the tub when we were quoting the job We performed the work that they requested to the "T" They had a chance to inspect the product before they took the tub home and had no complaints about the quality of the work then But once they had the tub in their possession they started to complain and refused to let us work on the tub again Simply demanding money off.I have recorded voice conversations and a lengthy email chain to show for evidence if you request But since we had no luck in reasoning with this woman I hope that you would be able to have more luck with her or in the very least, list this complaint as Closed in a satisfactory manner Or better yet remove the complaint as the customer claimed she would doThank You, [redacted] ***
