Bathtub Refinishing of Philadelphia

Their service is good but they took too long to complete their task while I booked 3 Aces Bathtub n Tiles for deep cleaning service and they did a fantastic job very efficiently.

Review: On June 23, 2014 I scheduled to have my bathtub refinished for $349 on June 30. The technician arrived with an assistant and spent nearly the entire day refinishing the tub surface. Upon completion, there was a run in the finish and the technician said he could come back and fix it after the surface had set. He returned on July 3rd and fixed the run. We couldn't use the tub for the next 3 days, and didn't use it until July 7th. A few weeks later, I noticed that there appeared to be damage in the surface. I called the company on 7/15 and they gave me the technician's cell phone number and told me to call him. I did, he said he could come on the last week of July, but I would be out of town. He then said he would call me when I returned. I didn't hear from him and called him 8/01 and he told be his truck was broken and he couldn't come to fix it until his truck was repaired. I didn't hear from him and called the company again on 8/05 and stated I would be returning to work and the issue needed to be fixed immediately, they restated his truck was broken. I didn't hear from anyone and called again on 9/18. The first appointment I could get and not take of from work was 10/13. The technician did not come by noon on 10/13 and I called the office. The office didn't know why he didn't show and said they would return my call. They didn't, I called again and asked for a refund and they said they would return my call. They didn't, I called again on 10/14 and asked for a refund. They again told me they would return my call, they didn't. It has been a month and I haven't heard from anyone and my tub is still damaged.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded in full. My bathtub has more damage now than it did before it was "refinished". I don't trust that they will fix it correctly and would like my money back.
