No product after 14 days; no response after around 7 emails and three telephone calls
14 days ago, I ordered a small cultured marble repair kit from this company...Order # 87218. Having not received it for 2 weeks, I wrote them emails for the last 6 days, and have called them at least twice. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. I am about to call my credit card company(maybe tomorrow, and report this company as fraudulent, and enlist their help in getting my money back). The only response we have recordered from the customer was on 3/16/by email this was days past the original purchase dateOur policy for returns is within days of original purchaseAfter speaking with our staff, no one recalls receiving a call from this customer about a return request

Customer was contacted immediately following their phone call (same day)They explained the problem and we reviewed their complaintAfter talking with the customer it was determined the coating was applied too thick requiring extra time to drydry time per coat is days, they called after daysCustomer told us they had touched the finish with their palm damaging the finish and were in the process of stripping the coatingWe explained that if they waited a few more days the coating would have dried as the thickness, temperature and humidity was having an effect on dry timeCustomer did not like the answer and hung up the phone on our staffAs the problem was application related and not a defect a refund is not warrantedOur staff was professional at all times during the call

The only response we have recordered from the customer was on 3/16/17 by email this was 51 days past the original purchase date. Our policy for returns is within 30 days of original purchase. After speaking with our staff, no one recalls receiving a call from this customer about a return request.

Customer did not like the answer and hung up the phone on our staff. As the problem was application related and not a defect a refund is not warranted. Our staff was professional at all times during the call.
