I am rejecting this response because:
I was initially NOT told that my car had both problems: a "faulty power steering pump & a bad rack & pinion unit." I was told that it was the rack & pinion unit ONLY and was charged for that plus a power steering pump that was later (weeks later when I brought the car back) determined as the problem in the first place. NONE of the comments made by *** *** are true in the respect of the whole "not enough funds now" and "paying later for the power steering pump." In the beginning I was charged for a fan and a rack & pinion unit that receipts back up. The vehicle does NOT in fact have any electrical problems as I had an electrical diagnosis done and it was perfectly fine I have receipts to back this up as well. I was told by *** that he "did not know how to fix the problem and I needed to take the car elsewhere." In regards to letting him put yet another fan and resistor in my car, why would I do that when he says he already tried that and it obviously did not fix the problem I'm sorry, but that is a perfect example of the definition of insanity, which is: repeating the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. I have made *** aware of the damage to my glove box as well. I feel that if he and his employees can not fix my vehicle, then they need to compensate me so someone else can fix it correctly. *** has never provided me with a "specialist number" to callThe only thing I was told when I explained to *** that I was not going to argue with him was the exact comment that I expressed in my previous e-mail: "*** ***, don't come back."

tecia came in on 03/11/and her car had two problems a faulty power steering pump, and a bad rack and pinion unit, she said
she didnt have enough funds for both repairs ticket #*** for the amount of $we installed a rack and pinion unit aprox weeks later after hearing for tecia again we installed the power steering pump at cost of part no labor at no time was she charged for new fan or labor concerning those parts about a month later we installed a new fan and a blower motor resistor at no charge to her the car still had electrial problems we took her car to a electrial specialist said problem was under dash after talking to customer annd notified her of that she said it was working but blowing fuses it would be ok then she comes into my business or months later demanding payment I offered to put new fan and resistor in at no charge she says no I want money was never made aware of any damage to glove box by tech or customer im sorry for her trouble but I feel ive gone way above standard for her even gave her specialist number to call and talk with I dont do business the way she suggests and would never call her names or tell her not to come back thank you

you were never charged for a fan or resistor check your receipt, or ill be glad to print you a new one, ill be glad to replace both of those pieces again they are covered under warranty, however they will burn out also due to the problem somewhere under dash everything in my earlier response is true  you even told me you had to borrow the money that doesnt matter, I refuse to pay you a thousand dollars or anything else I have offered to warranty parts you say are bad im sorry it came to this and I did not tell you not to come back

Review: IN THE SUMMER OF 2013 I TOOK MY VEHICLE TO BATON TIRE & AUTO TO HAVE REPAIRS MADE. THE A/C WAS WORKING BUT WAS MAKING A TERRIBLE NOISE. MY STEERING WHEEL WAS ALSO MAKING A NOISE. I WAS TOLD BY [redacted] @ BATON TIRE & AUTO THAT IT WOULD COST ME $600.00 TO PUT A NEW FAN IN THE CAR AND REPLACE THE RACK & PINION. ONCE THE WORK WAS DONE THE CAR CONTINUED TO MAKE THE SAME NOISES. I TOOK IT BACK AND WAS TOLD THAT IT WASN'T THE RACK & PINION @ ALL BUT IT WAS MY POWER STEERING PUMP THAT WAS BAD AND THE FAN JUST NEEDED A LITTLE "TWEAKING" TO GET RID OF THE NOISE. I WAS NOT OFFERED ANY COMPENSATION FOR THE RACK & PINION THAT I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED. WHEN RECEIVING THE CAR BACK AGAIN THE AIR WENT COMPLETELY OUT. I TOOK IT BACK NUMEROUS TIMES TO BE FIXED WITHOUT ANY SATISFACTION. I WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM. AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO FIX THE PROBLEM, I WAS FINALLY TOLD BY [redacted] THAT HE "DID NOT KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS & TO TAKE THE CAR TO SOMEONE ELSE." I TOOK IT BACK YET AGAIN AROUND THE 8TH TIME AND WAS GIVIN A HANDFUL OF FUSES AND TOLD TO CHANGE THE FUSE WHEN IT WOULD GO OUT AND NEVER RUN THE AIR ON THE HIGHEST SETTING. [redacted]'S MECHANICS ALSO BROKE MY GLOVEBOX OFF THE HINGES & WHEN I OPEN IT, IT FALLS IN THE FLOORBOARD. I HAD AN ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSIS ON THE CAR DONE TO FIND THAT THERE WAS NO PROBLEM W/ THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM AT ALL. I WAS GIVIN A QUOTE TO FIX THE CAR & I TOOK IT TO [redacted] AND ASKED TO BE REIMBURSTED DUE TO MY TIME, TROUBLE & UNNEEDED PARTS. HE LAUGHED @ ME & SAID THAT WOULD NOT HAPPEN. HIS LAST WORDS TO ME WERE "SCREW YOU,DON'T COME BACK. NOT ONLY HAVE I LOST TIME & MONEY, I HAVE DRIVEN THIS CAR ALL WINTER W/NO HEAT. I HAVE NO MORE MONEY TO PAY THE $300.00 IT WILL TAKE TO FIX MY CAR.Desired Settlement: $600.00: REIMBURSTMENT FOR RACK & PINION & FAN THAT WASN'T NEEDED. PLUS MY TIME AND TROUBLE. $62.96: ELECTRICAL DIAGNOSIS $300.00: TO PAY FOR NEEDED REPAIRS $50.00: TO REPAIR THE BROKEN GLOVEBOX. $1012.96 TOTAL
