Review: I ordered 3 bats off of batsunlimited.com which were apparently priced incorrectly. I received an email the next morning stating the bats had sold out so my order had been cancelled. I proceeded to the website to see the EXACT bats I ordered the night before were still on sale on batsunlimited.com for $250.00 more than what the price of what I ordered them for. I understand that mistakes happen, but he lied to me. He had OBVIOUSLY NOT sold out of those bats.I called the customer service number listed on the website and asked to speak to a manager. He said I could speak with him. I asked why I had received an email stating my order had been cancelled because the bats had sold out, when I could clearly see that the bats were STILL on sale per the website for $250.00 more than what I ordered them for the night prior. He said "that's right I am a big fat f[redacted] liar." He said he wasn't going to argue with me anymore because I was "like the fifteenth person" he had to argue with about this today.I sent him an email after that stating he should have handled the situation in a much better manner, and from there he sent abusive emails attacking my character and saying I was a liar and I wanted something for nothing. He was combative from that point forward and would not own up to his mistakes or the lie he told to I don't know how many customers.Desired Settlement: I want a signed apology letter from [redacted] stating he is sorry for the lies he told me and the rude and unnecessary language that I had to deal with after that.
We lowered the price on the bats from $299.95 to $279.95 but on the 28oz, I didn't hit the (7) key hard enough so it showed $29.95. We only had a couple left that were sold and I offered her a new model when the come out for over 20% but she was pissed off raisin her voice demanding that I gave her the $280 bats for $30 or she would call the Revdex.com. We took the 28oz off the website the moment I realized the Typo mistake. We still had the 26oz and 27oz up on the site because we still have those.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I do not accept this response from the business, as I have already submitted the untruthful emails from Mr. [redacted] to myself about the bats. His language on the phone was abusive towards me and all I wanted was for him to be honest with me about why the order would not be filled. In the emails that followed that conversation,he not only attacked my character, but was also very rude and unprofessional throughout the entire conversation.
Yup it's another we don't have that in stock but took your money and will credit your account in 7-10 days. Are you serious is there any online bat sales that don't take your money and don't have it. Watch what you order call there number cause they won't have it another business selling what they don't have. Which is illegal !!!!
