Battaglia and Sons Contracting Inc

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Battaglia and Sons Contracting Inc regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I have contacted Joe Battaglia numerous times and have gotten my tiles,wood,cement and sand. I have not received the money back or the skylight or fan. He could not get the right size for me so I told him I wanted the money instead. 
The remaining amount of money still owed to me is $3000.00 Three thousand dollars. He said he would send it to me when his tax money would be returned to him. So I am still waiting for a closure to this case.

[redacted] of [redacted] is unskilled and careless! He was hired for a full kitchen/dinette renovation--new tile floor & tile backsplash, new counter-top, remove Sanitas, paint walls, ceilings, molding. The new countertop has rough edges-my friend snagged her blouse as she brushed against edge. As he removed old countertop [redacted] gashed my main entrance door, removing the paint--careless, clumsy! He didn't seal grout seams between tiles; it's now discolored/stained. He didn't wipe dust off raditor covers, door frames, or base-boards before painting them, so globs of dust are embedded in the new paint! Incompetent [redacted] got paint on my jackets when painting a closet because he neglected to move garments away from the closet frame before painting it. Sloppy! There's paint on my new tile floor because he stupidly painted the molding AFTER he nailed it to the baseboard. He lied to me; said he had a [redacted] License. He didn't get a [redacted] license until after he worked for me. He stole $8100 from me, a Senior citizen, for a [redacted] job, and gave me a lot of aggravation.

Not everything was delivered. I have received the tiles but not the wood,skylight,cement and $1100.00 in labor fees.

Review: [redacted] who is the [redacted] of the company took my deposit to do upgrades to my home and didn't come back to work. He later acknowledged this and signed a new contract with me that he owed me $12,000 that was supposed to be paid back to me on 12/**/2014. He paid me back a total of $600. He is now more then 2 months passed the contract he signed to pay me back. Please help me.Desired Settlement: I want all my money returned to me.
