Hi [redacted],  I sent a copy to [redacted] of the refund to his credit card.  It was refunded on 5/11/2015.

Review: On April 1, 2015, Battaglia and Son contacted me via email and inquired whether we would be using them for landscaping services this upcoming season. We did not respond.

On April 16, 2015, I arrived home from work with a notice in my mailbox that work was performed on my property. Later that day, I then received an email from Battaglia and Son with an invoice charging me for $181.90. I responded back to the email by explicitly stating that we did not intend to utilize their services for the upcoming season, and that we did not authorize any work to be performed on our property.

Battaglia and Son charged my credit card for the full amount. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company.Desired Settlement: I would like my credit card refunded for the full amount as we never gave authorization for any work to be performed on our property.
