We were recommended to Batterbee and had them come to our house for a estimate on our roof. Two men came inspected the roof and proceeded to sit down with us for over an hour, going over the company on their iPad and how good their company is. It was during this time that they pressured us to sign and even asked us why we won't sign today, as they offered financing.
They also told us that there was no way our insurance company would cover us for a new roof. Their price was extremely expensive and well over other estimates that we got. Also, we just received from our insurance coverage, FULL coverage for a new roof. Be careful with this company, unless you like pressure sales and paying way too
much for the same thing.

From sales to installation we were very impressed including dealing with our not-so-eager-to-replace-a-WHOLE-roof insurance company. Batterbee won and so did we!
experience was very good. The gentlemen who worked on my roof were very good at their job. They did an excellent job of cleaning up .. they kept up with clean up throughout the job. KYLE (Supervisor) and another gentleman came back the Monday after the job was done and addresses an issue I had in my lanni... I have gotten a lot of good comments from my neighbors on how great my roof looks and how well the men kept working throughout the project. I will surely recommend Batterbee
1.: From the sales rep to the final paper work, everything ran smoothy. Everything we agreed to in the contract was done. The installation crew was outstanding. They did a magnificent job. Along with John(sales rep)office staff, supervisors, ground support, all are true professionals. I was impressed with their knowledge, appearances, and up to date tools and trucks. The Batterbee team did a wonderful job of replacing the roof on my home! Everyone was professional and hard working. It was a pleasure doing business with Batterbee Roofing.
We are very happy that Batterbee Roofing was our contractor for our new roof installation. They did exactly what they said they would do in all facets of the job. The job was completely done in 2 days and the after job site cleanup was remarkable. The roofers were professional and courteous. The office staff was friendly, professional and very thorough from start to finish. Our new roof looks great! Based on our experience we would not hesitate to recommend Batterbee for your roofing needs.

Batterbee Roofing company won't repair what their guys messed up on my home.
Batterbee Roofing replaced my roof on January 07, 2019. I have attached pictures of how they left my home for me to get the stucco repairs. I have contacted the company and the project manager. It has almost been a month and no one has contacted me about anything regarding this issue.
To repair the damage they made when installing my new roof.

We first want to express our appreciation for choosing Batterbee Roofing to replace your roof. As our customer, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction when it comes to the outcome of our services. We take your concerns seriously and as a business, go above and beyond to rectify anything that should take place while under contract with Batterbee Roofing. We would like to take the time to clarify the issue at hand.
According to our records and the roofing contract presented by the sales representative for Batterbee Roofing, Mr. *** signed and agreed to it on December 12, 2018, which states the following:
"Any stucco that has to be removed due to installing new wood due to damage or deteriorating flashing, the owner acknowledges it's their responsibility to borne the cost". The claim presented to the Revdex.com states that "Batterbee Roofing damaged your home" is inaccurate. Photos provided to the Revdex.com will validate there was no damage to the home, instead stucco was cut out with a power tool methodically to rectify the issue. Batterbee Roofing cut only what was necessary to repair the flashing that did not exist in that area of his roof originally. Hence the reason for the damage in the first place.
Prior to making this repair the project manager made Mr. aware of the issue. Mr. agreed to have the stucco removed. Mr. asked if the repair needed to be completed right away and we informed it needed done as quickly as possible. In the mean-time we would seal the affected areas until the customer was able to hire a stucco company to re-stucco the area. After the repair was completed the project manager informed Mr. again that he would need a stucco contractor to replace the three small areas affected with new stucco.
After the completion of each job it is Batterbee Roofing's process to walk the job/property with homeowner to address any issues, concerns, or identify damage that occurred to the property during the replacement process. If there aren't any issues, concerns, or property damage the homeowner is responsible for signing a Certificate of Completion and Change Order. The homeowner signed our certificate of completion and change order acknowledging that he was satisfied with our job and was responsible for the additional woodwork. The Certificate of Completion also states the homeowner has 48 hours to call us back if he identifies any damage that was unseen at the time of the walk around.
We are willing to provide Mr. with reputable stucco companies, in hopes that the finalization of the stucco is completed properly. We apologize for any misunderstandings, as we try our best to accommodate and clarify each aspect of the contract and job as it progresses to ensure that the customer is pleased.
We are providing a copy of the contract, change order, certificate of completion, and photos to the Revdex.com for their independent evaluation of the complaint. The photos will clearly show that Batterbee Roofing didn't damage the homeowners home. In fact, it will show we took great measures only to remove the stucco in the area that was affected.

We are very pleased with our new roof. During our lifetime we have had to replace 3 roofs. This one was by far the easiest and best quality. The only problem we had was that Mother Nature wouldn't stop the rain. It was necessary to delay the installation 2 times for the rain. The third time was a charm. The crew arrived at our home at 8:00 a.m. and worked until 6:30 p.m., came back the next day and finished by 2:00 p.m. All the mess was removed and the house looks great. GREAT JOB.
Our experience with Batterbee was fantastic. Everyone we dealt with from Justin L, to the roofers, and the office staff were top natch. They took pride in their work and made sure our property was kept clean.
Excellent from start to finish. All employees we had contact with were a joy to work with. On-site guys were courteous, on time and kept the job site neat as a pin. Great office staff who were always there when needed prior to and after work commencement and kept us up to date on timings, etc. It was a pleasure to work with Batterbee Roofing and we would highly recommend them.
