We did apply a coupon to the repair which took $off on the repair
Also all of our
systems are linked so the Everett store would be looking at the same info that we are for pricing

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:If the store had taken ny complaint seriously to begin with, this could have been resolved easily I was ridiculed for filing aRevdex.com complaint and for contacting corporate office They refused to listen to reason when the first battery failed to charge I did an online chat with my phone manufacturer to identify the problem Was told it would cost me an additional$20+ to look into the issue The battery was finally replaced with the correct battery and my phone is back in working condition I was accused of making up the issue when I went in to pickup my repaired phone The phone is fixed and that's all I ever wanted

Hello Revdex.com, I have reached out to Mr*** * *** in a phone call to try and resolve his issue with his battery but have not heard back from him yetMr *** brought in a golf cart battery that volt tested at volts which is way below a fully discharged volt battery(volt is
considered fully discharged)I explained to the customer that there was zero warranty on that battery due to the low voltage that the battery was brought in atI am willing to give Mr*** a good discount on a new golf cart battery but I need to ensure that Mr***'s golf cart cables are in fact not the issue with his charging system for his golf cartWe would also like to test the electrolyte in the bad battery at no charge to Mr*** to rule that possibility out as well.
