We have already sent pictures of what the customer returned We deal with a very reputable warehouse- Universal Power Group and they will not issue credit for the batteries that the customer returned- they are stating they are not the batteries that were sent to the customer

these are not the batteries I ordered online that I saw and requestedI don't have a clue what the ones they sent would be used forSomeone had to have switched them once they were in the warehouse.Oh Im a reputable buyer that has never had an issue for all the years I've purchased items from any company ..So that comment about a reputable merchant means very littlePeople make mistakes so do CompaniesAgain check your inventory I'm sure your plus one because you sent out the wrong box

Customer returned batteries that looked extremely used- My warehouse also states that these batteries were coded over a year old- this particular battery moves quickly and they would not have had year old batteries to ship to customer The pictures he sent showed the whole battery pack- the batteries ordered would have gone into the pack I have attached pictures of the returned bateries These were shipped out by [redacted] *** a well known company,
