Sent: Friday, February 10, 3:PM Subject: Complaint ID# *** Hello and Good Afternoon, I am sending this message to respond to the complaints made on : Batteries Plus Bulbs Sugarland SHwy 6, We are not debating some of the instances that the claim Intel but
only to clarify what happened in better detail Mr. *** brought a watch to us which he requested a battery swap forWe replaced his old battery with a new one. he and I both inspected the watch before he left to make sure the watch was functional. he left the store only to return shortly and say that the watch had stopped working .... its a digital watch made by "***" the reason behind this was because there is a clamp in the watch that holds the battery in place the clamp what not completely fastenedthe clamp is a small aluminum piece that only covers the battery and battery only Mr*** and the person who attended him this second time again inspected the watch to make sure the display was now functioning againit was the next day Mr*** returns with the watch which appears to have water in the face Initially he was confused because he called another store about this issue and they told him to bring it back and would "send it off" when he shows up to the store and I tell him that I am sorry but no one here by that name works here he gets upset and starts to look to his phone to double check where he called it was not this store now Mr*** is frustrated which could be understandable, but he is now making claims that we don't know what we are doing and this should not be happening and expressing his frustration about having to return a third time for his watch I explained to Mr*** how the protocol for a typical battery replacement worksI even took the watch apart in front of him to show him the processthe point of that was to show him that there is no way that the steps we took could cause such an issue he was not convinced and even asked for a refund on the battery and commented he would just throw the watch away nowmoments later he decided he would just keep the watch and turn to making a complaint with the "Revdex.com" as a way to recoup a whole new watch
