Batteries Plus Bulbs

A complaint or a review, it seems that the resolution to a question about a product I purchased was that if I did not need the item if I could return it and the clerk's immediate response was "NO!" So that was resolved and now I want to share this about this business. On May 22, 2017, I went to Battery Joe's first (knew if I didn't need the item I could return or be provided with other options) to purchase the same item but not in stock.

The problem was that my cell phone was not charging and my job requires me to be on call for issues or questions. I needed a quick fix and decided to purchase a wall mount battery charger or battery. Me being a single mother on a very tight budget went with the least expensive option.

I entered the very desolate store and as my energetic 3 year old bolts into the store and runs around 2 aisle before I was able to take charge before any unnecessary touching my spry of a young man would engage in. As soon as the clerk seen this he immediately came out from behind the counter and asked if he could help with anything. I then told him my problem, except that this visit was plan b, and told him I don't even know if it is my phone is the reason my battery is not charging or the battery itself. Inquired the cost of a battery, which was insane, and the charger. Decided on the charger and asked if I was able to return it if the problem was the battery. And as per above.

So my experience was I felt like the actions of a hyper-active child and possibly my appearance took part in the quick decision made by the clerk. No options like store credit was offered, just a NO, sorry about your luck. If I am barely writing a review now, it is because this bad experience still lingers in the back of my mind and seeing this item just sit here not being used.
