I took my *** watch to this location to have a new battery installed When I arrived the technician asked me if I would like to purchase a time price for the battery or the Lifetime Watch battery replacement I chose the Lifetime replacement He took my watch in the back to replace the battery and was back there for a very long time 1/to be exact One Other customer had come in and left after having a battery replacedWhen he finally came out I asked if everything was okay and he said yes I left and when I arrived home I looked at my watch and the numbers and raised parts were all mangled!! I went back the very next day and spoke with another guy there and he took my watch to the back I guess to show it to someone He came back and asked me around what time did I bring my watch in?
