The customer placed the order on December 24th at 7:59PM CST. That is clearly Christmas eve and a day we give all employees the day off. The customer contacted us through email and we say to allow up to 1 business day for a response. The customer also says that he...
called, but our phone lines are usually busy and email is the best way to reach us. Furthermore, the customer paid for expedited shipping which is 2-4 business days as we cannot control when [redacted] ships the package. Our records show we talked to the customer and said if he does not receive Wednesday this week, we will refund him the expedited shipping cost. As far as the tracking, we are waiting for our warehouse to send the tracking and we will forward to him once we have it.
Simply put, the customer ordered on Christmas eve and expected a 2-4 day shipping which would require [redacted] to work on Christmas which it does not. We ask the customer remain patient and the package should arrive soon and in the time frame we gave him.
