I was in need of new battery for my cell phone. When I called about placing an order, the customer service person lied to me about the battery being available and it would ship the next day. Well I checked status of my order and it stated was awaiting shipping info or words to that effect, so I called and the person told me the battery was on back order, and I would not be getting my battery for a while. I guess it's about the sale and not the truth. Maybe you should be truthful with customer and you wouldn't get so many negative reviews. I have to give a one star review, but in my opinion that is still to much for being lied too.
I placed an order (have copy of order receipt) with this company on 8 Mar for rechargeable batteries. Here Mar 21, I have heard nothing. Granted, they have not taken any funds from my credit card, but where's my order or email excuse?
