Customer ordered an item on November 2014, and it was shipped international to *** to her addressShe then requested a replacement which months, claiming that the item holds very little capacityThe battery was then replaced with a new battery being sent to her (which she claims she did
not receive)She then asked for a refund, and an exception was made whereby she was refunded via the original credit cardThis refund occurred on 04/30/and we already processed it through our credit card processorShe now has to take up the issue with her credit card company to find out why she has not received the refundIf there are any issues, she can file a chargeback with her credit card company because we have done everything on our end, and we consider the matter as being resolved and closed on our end
