Over two months and I never received item.
The tracking number they gave me still only shows that a label was created.
Would not cancel me order and refund money after I contacted them.

I ordered a battery from this online retailer. The correct battery came in, however, it was labeled differently than the item I ordered. Although it would work for the application, I was unable to send this battery out to my customer when it is labeled this way. I emailed them explaining that even though it would work, I cannot send this to my customer in this way. I was told that I was confused (I was not) and overall treated in a very un-professional way. I was told they "won't just give me credit or money", which isn't what I was after. I was after supplying my customer with an acceptable product. I was accused of "emotional crap" and called an expletive. I told the person who wouldn't identify themselves that I would never buy from them again and make sure that nobody else does either. I was told I would be blacklisted and they don't want customer's like me. Fair enough. I'd rather pay more and purchase from someone else and get treated better. It's too bad, their prices are good. But now I know why.
