As noted by the customer, the manufacturer has discontinued production of the battery that the customer ordered The dates referenced by the customer are incorrect According to our website logs, the customer placed this order on Aug26, at 12:15:PM The order was processed on Aug26, at 1:30PM and was shipped that same day via USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation # [redacted] USPS does not store tracking information for more than days and we are unable to factually state the exact delivery date of this order.The printed warranty on all TechFuel products is for the period of one year from the date of purchase The customer contacted us via email on August 27, at 9:PM The email was read this morning (August 28, 2017) and a reply was sent to the customer The customer was informed that the warranty on his order had expired and that the product had been discontinued Since our first response the customer has written with three additional emails We sent the customer a copy of their invoice with the printed order date of Aug26, As noted in the complaint, the customer disputes the date of his order We have attached a copy of the order as logged on the Batteryheads.com website ( [redacted] Web Order_Batteryheads.jpg) and a copy of the customers Sales Receipt ( [redacted] Sales Receipt_Batteryheads.jpg)
