software program which had the capacity listed at 650 versus 550 mah. These were OEM [redacted] batteries from [redacted] direct; the labels were never tampered with nor relabeled as something else. [redacted] does not state their capacity on their batteries; this was a simple error in regards to the person who designed our website. We sell the OEM battery regardless @ $20.00 unless you purchase more than 5. The most in regards to a refund that we can offer to the customer is $5.00, freight for the battery was $5.75. If we refund the customer the $10.00 we are actually losing money. Also please note the customer never contacted us first to try and rectify the issue with our company direct.Page DManager
