This dress was dropped off to be cleaned, but due to the extensive spot damage on the dress we did not attempt to clean itThis was explained to the customer when she returned to pick up the dressThe dress was returned to the customer in the same condition as it was received.Because the store is under new ownership we felt we could give the customer a $credit and keep her as a customerThere is no way we can reimburse her for damages sustained to her dress while she was wearing it

I am rejecting this response because:
The message from Battisons to the Revdex.com was
untrue. They cleaned my dress and attempted to redo it when it was not
done correctly the first time. The tickets attached show that not only
did they clean it, they also attempted a redo on the original cleaning.
The dress was not returned to me. Battisons still has it, because when I
came to pick it up and saw that it was damaged, I was rudely told that my
only two options were to take a $credit or "take [Battison's] to
court."
I faxed the above message to *** *** (Revdex.com) along with copies of the tickets on 10-20-
