I have spoken to and emailed our customer and we are working out a solution.
His clothes will be delivered back to him on Wednesday, and he will send me the information on the missing shirts.
I will give you an update next week.

Review: I was recently billed for services I did not receive from Battiston's. I have called several times and have been told I will be called back but never did. I called again on 6/4/2014 and got in touch with an employee who could handle billing. I explained the services on my invoice may have been a mistake and that the service date of the item in question was on a different date then when I dropped my clothes but I only drop my clothes off once that month (April). I was told that I received the service and it was for dry cleaning of several pants but I only dropped off one. I was then told it was for tailoring but I have never had tailoring done at Battison's. Lastly, I was told I dropped off a coat on a different day and that was the $14.50 charge.I was asked over and over for my credit card number to pay for the services (which included an interest charge). After 30 mins of no real explanation I reluctantly gave my card number to avoid a negative credit mark. I am very unhappy with the customer service and still do not know what I was charged for. I asked to speak to someone who could help me further and was told I was speaking to the owner. I believe I was lied too and taken advantage off.Desired Settlement: I believe I should pay for only the service I received and if I have a question about my bill a descriptive explanation should be given, not a run around answer to try and get me off the phone.my bill should have been 22.6 but I was charged 37.45 including a 35 cent interest charge.the refund amount would be 14.50.

I have reviewed [redacted] account and find that he is correct. He should have been billed only $22.60.

We will credit his charge card for $14.85.

The additional charge was an old invoice from Sept, 2013 that was still in our system. Since I cannot tell at this time if this was already paid I will write it off.

Review: Yes I have done business with Battistons for years( spent Thousands of dollars with them) and have used the home delivery service. At some point last month because of a security issue with my Credit Card the auto payment feature stopped because the card was not present with the sale, Additionally the Manchester office stopped doing delivers twice a week. I elected to try another service that delivered twice a week and left a note for the driver to stop service and have Battistons send me an itemized invoice and I would send them a check for the balance. The reason I asked for an Itemized invoice is that I have not been reimbursed for two shirts that were lost, also, and my clothing was left outside for the week I was on vacation and wanted to make sure I was not charged twice for redoing that large order that was found on the ground ans soaked. Bottom line, after not picking up my clothes for two weeks the driver [redacted] came into my garage and took my clothing that I had left for the new service. I contacted the office and spoke with a man who said he was the owner and although he was very hard to understand he told me he would not return my items until I paid my bill. I asked for an itemized bill several times and the man just kept saying over and over why you not pay me why you not pay me..... ten times over and over, as I suspect he did not understand anything I was saying. They took 7 shirts 4 of which were adjusted to fit and 4 pairs of pants one of which is the part of a suit.

This could have been avoided if the manager of your facility could have communicated clearly and did not attempt to take the law into his own hand by sending the driver to my home an take my property without permission.

I spoke with the driver [redacted] yesterday and he gave me his last name and confirmed that the owner would not allow him to deliver my items back to my home. I had this conversation on speaker phone in my automobile and had a witness present.

Lastly, I have somewhat of an elaborate security system and will provide the court with recordings of [redacted] parking in the street (which he or any other driver for you has done before) and entering my garage taking the item.

I feel This was a deliberate and illegal act and I will ask that your home delivery permit be revoked in the state of ** as well. I will consult with an attorney whether I should report this action to the police as well. [redacted] ###-###-####Desired Settlement: I want my clothing returned and a written apology from the company
