Ordered and paid for two metal signs on September 2nd 2013. It is now November 11th 2013 and there haas been no response from company regarding orderPurchased September 2nd and is now October 11th. No return answer from company although I have left numerous messages. Paid up front via credit card $64.64 for 2 signs which have not been delivered.Desired SettlementWould still like signs and if not possible request refund of $64.64.Business Response [redacted] placed order on 9-2-13. 1st call to customer was 9-17 lft msg,second msg 9-18, third msg 9-21. Spoke to customer, [redacted] wks at [redacted] wed-sun 630/230.I wk 630/430 m-th.We were having a hard time making arrangements for delivery. [redacted] suggested his girfriend works at the [redacted],it might be easier for me to meet her. [redacted] took my number and said she would be calling. Never heard from her or him. Noticed looking thru orders on 11-11 I hadnt heard from customer.Fourth call to customer.Scheduled deliver on 11-14, I forgot signs that day.[redacted] called me, didnt leave msg.I called [redacted], left msg and sent [email protected] 3:14pm Saying I had forgot signs please call me. No Response.I came home that evening to a letter from Revdex.com, stating that we hadnt notified him re: order.NOT CORRECT. Fifth call @ 5:35pm no answer lft msg.Recieved letter from Revdex.com on 11-14.I wasnt happy, information incorrect. [redacted] called back that evening, I told [redacted] I wasnt available til next week now. I Called [redacted],scheduled delivery at MCCarren and Pyramid 11-25 @ 4pm. Meet him and girlfriend. [redacted] stated to me two times that he was going to contact Revdex.com after product was delivered and clear up this matter. As of 12-9 [redacted] hasnt contacted Revdex.com, notifing you that delivery has been done. Please call me with any questions re this matter. [redacted]. I will send invoice with notes of attemps written.

On 01-09-2015 I purchased a 48 inch mule deer from Battle Born Metal Works and paid $166.05. I have not received the item and they wont ship it. On 01-09-15 I purchased a 48 inch mule deer from Battle Born Metal Works at an outdoor expo. I paid in full $166.05 at the time of the purchase and was told that my product would be shipped to my home in two to three weeks. I have not yet received the purchased items and have called and spoken to [redacted], the owner. He has told me that my item has been ship, but wont provide a tracking number. He also said that he was having issues with his cutting equipment. It had been over three months and now he does not answer his telephone or return my calls. I am tired of having to call him to get this issue resolved. I either want my money back or would like the product I purchased and paid for delivered as soon as possible. This if a horrible business practice and I expected more from such company and owner.Desired SettlementI want a full refund or would like the item I paid for sent to me as soon as possible. I ordered a metal sign from this company in [redacted] on October 18, it was supposed to ship in a week and a half and I have not received it.On October 18th 2014, I placed a custom order for a metal sign with this company while at [redacted] farm in [redacted], **. I paid $71.13 for the order including shipping by credit card, in advance and was told it would ship in a week and a half. I have placed 4 calls (on Nov 3,17 & Dec 2,3) to the company inquiring when I would receive my order. each time I have called I have been told it would ship tomorrow and still have not received my order.Desired SettlementThis sign was supposed to be a Christmas gift. If the company will not ship my order immediately I'd like to be reimbursed for the full amount of $71.13 by cashiers check. Final Consumer Response I was finally contacted by the business owner, who shipped my order. I have since received the sign I ordered. Therefore this case may be closed. Thank you for your help, I'm sure although the business did not respond to my complaint through you, it was through your involvement that I was able to get this matter resolved.

After the third week I emailed them for an update but after not receiving a response I called them 2/4/15 and I was told that my order would ship the following week. It's been over a month now and I still have not received my order. I sent them another email to follow up but have not received a response as of yet.Only after reading the reviews for this company is when I realized that I'm not the only one that this has happened to. I would like a full refund for not receiving my order.Desired SettlementI would like my order shipped or a full refund for not fulfilling their promise. I gave a 410.00 deposit and never received my refund or merchandise. On 9/27/14 I place an order for a metal piece at the [redacted] in [redacted]. I was promised that it would be done in 2 weeks. After not hearing anything, I placed a call and was told that I will be done sometime next week. I placed another call and was told that [redacted] would call me and I would get it next week, once again. I called again on 11/5/14 and was told that [redacted] would meet me in [redacted] on Friday morning 11/7/14 to drop of my item. Once again never received a phone call. I paid Cash and have my receipt. I would like my cash back or the merchandised that was promised. If not, I will pursue legal action. I would not recommend using this company! Poor business ethics!!
Im a volunteer from [redacted]. I ordered Raider Shields for my customers which has already been paid. No deliveryI ordered signs from [redacted] the designer of Raider Shields created by the company. Money for the product has already switched hands. Back on 11/24 [redacted] stated that the shields were being shipped and he would provide shipping tracking numbers the next day. Since then I have tried several times via text messages to ask where the shields are as a significant time has past. No response has been provided. This is unacceptable customer service and my reputation for providing orders to my customers has since been demolished. See I am a humanitarian and proud volunteer to help children locally and worldwide fight life threatening illnesses. I provide these children something warm to eat at my event which was being paid for by a small amount provided by selling the Raider Shield. Now it has hurt that cause and my reputation to others due to their poor customer service. I am asking the shields be created ASAP and sent to their designated owners since they've been already paid for.
