Had a bad experience with the adjuster on a home damage claim Tells you one thing to do, and then when there is another claim, won't stand behind what he said Very poor communication with this company, won't answer emails at all

I was involved in a MVA with a client of Battle Creek Mutual I gave my version of the accident along with an accident report and pictures of my car It took days to hear from their client & when they did they reviewed photo's of where our cars were AFTER the accident & stated I struck her from behind I have a police report stating the complete opposite of that, I have sent repeated e-mails to the VP of this company along with the adjustor to try & understand & see there was NO WAY it could have happened the way they are saying (damage to my front passenger side and damage to back left driver side along with trying to talk to their claims department to understand how they came to this decision with no answers

Had a recent homeowners claim with them and the communication was on point, service was prompt and claim was paid quickly and at fair levelsWould reccomend to others based off our recent experience
