Battlefield Cleaners

Review: I have been a customer of Battlefield Cleaners for many years. Their service is fine and have garments ready when promised. I needed 11 shirts laundered and pressed. When I came to pick up the shirts they indicated there was a problem with one of the shirts. They showed me a large hole in the sleeve. Clearly the shirt had been stuck on a piece of equipment and was pulled forcibly wich resulted in the tear. This is obvious from the rip of the hole and a black mark within an inch of the hold which is some kind of grease stain. They were extremly defiensive and claim that I brought in into the store in that condiditon which upset me. I didn't have the chance to hold a reasonable conversation with the owner/employee and explain why it was obvious the tear happened in their store. Their broken Chinese/English kept repeating over and over, "no wash, no charge" and wouldn't let me get a word in. I did tell them that I want the shirt replaced, and their response was "sorry, no wash here". She wanted me to agree to have the sleeves tailered as a short sleeve. This is ridiculous as the shirt is a professional businees collered work shirt to be worn with a formal tie, not a polo or casual variety. I left the store completely flabergasted !Desired Settlement: The shift needs to be replaced
