Review: I am from out of state and started the process to purchase a [redacted] from this dealership. Spoke with Melissa on the phone this morning and sent her my application. Melissa called me back and said I was approved. She sent me the bank and payment information, it was a done deal. We had a verbal agreement. I told her I would call her back because I was at lunch but we wanted the truck. I called back a couple hours later and she sold it out from underneath me. I had spent a week talking back and forth with these people. This was a done deal. Financing was set. She didn't even call me to let me know someone else was wanting to buy it. Spoke to Gary to complain and he said we should have been there to buy it. We are 7 hours away and they knew that! No integrity! I have looked for a long time for a vehicle that fit my budget and my family's needs and I am absolutely devastated that they did me wrong. Completely unacceptable. Not to mention the hit on my credit report.Desired Settlement: I want this vehicle. This is wrong!

I'm not sure why Revdex.com is calling this a complaintMr. [redacted] contacted us on vehicle and we were had a lucky call with him being bought with rate and terms and nothing down (We have nothing, No money down nothing signed) He told us he wanted the vehicle but would have to check with his wife (We have nothing at this point) and 3 hours later he called back it was sold to someone closer to Battlefield Ford and they as Mr. [redacted] saw the great price and value. Why would he be contacting us from such a distance, think of the millions of customers between Ohio and Virginia.Finally Mr. [redacted] forgot to mention the 2 other vehicles that were bought from under him did he complain to Revdex.com about those as well [redacted] Battlefield Ford

Review: Purchased [redacted] truck with locking hard bed cover. The cover did not have any keys for the lock. The dealer wrote: "Unfortunatly the previous customer no longer has the set of keys for your bed cover. Not all the keys are cut the same. Just as car keys are not. The truck needs to be available to get the exact key made for your truck. What you could do is take your truck to Truck and Thunder in fredericksburg or call Magic keys and they will come out to your location and cut you a new set of keys on the spot. Then you can send me a copy of the bill and I will cut you a check for the cost." I went to [redacted] and submitted bill for $7.35. Have resubmitted several times and no response.Desired Settlement: Pay me the $7.35 as promised in writing.

Mr. [redacted] never once made the General Manager aware of this situation. Had he called or emailed the GM of the dealership we would of been more than happy to take care of this cost of $7.35 from almost two years ago for him. I have printed him a check and placed it in the mail to the address listed on the complaint. If there is anymore questions or concerns feel free to reach out to me. Respectfully,[redacted]
