Review: My previous tenant called for AC service, and Battlefield has sent me the bill. I did not authorize any type of repair.Desired Settlement: Send the bill to the appropriate party.

6/28/13 - Tenant called emergency line and requested technician to come out for no heat call. Technician did respond to call to find out that it was a rental home. The tenant called the homeowner and spoke to hm on the phone about the issue and problem. then the technician talked to the homeowner. The homeowner complained about the price so the technician told him since it was an overtime call that the price was non-negotiable and he told the homeowner the price to repair it. The technician told the homeowner that he could leave and not fix the unit but homeowner said to go ahead with the call.
The homeowner knew about the call ,the price,and agreed with the call.
7/18/13 - The homeowner (not the tenant) called for a second emergency repair call on this date for no AC. he technician advised the homeowner again about the overtime costs and once again the homeowner said to go ahead and do the call.
8/7/13 & 8/29/13 - Homeowner called the office to complain about the bill. Each time the homeowner was told that it was he who authorized the emergency calls, not the tenant. The tenant did make the original call, but it was the homeowner who decided to do the call after talking to each technician on the phone. Each technician talked personally to the homeowner where he authorized the call.
