I am responding to the Revdex.com complaint that I did not have time to answer since I just got email yesterday 4/20/2017. I have not had my vehicle re inspected to make sure problem would pass inspection. I work nights and battlefield just fixed my vehicle last Saturday April 2017. I was not happy with the way they treated me in regards to the warranty I purchased. Not giving me up front information and than telling me after I drove two hours that I could have to pay a deductible and they did not know this information. So since they kept calling Friday April even though they were told I worked nights and would call when I got up. However they just seemed in such a hurry. I did call that day when got up at 4:30 since I had a work double shift

In order to determine any potential issue, we would first need to physically inspect in order to properly diagnose. This cannot be done over the phone or without actually seeing the vehicle. Also, it is much more productive to discuss any potential service or extended warranty issue(s) with...

management rather than getting third parties unnecessarily involved.Thank you.Steve F**General ManagerBattlefield Toyota[redacted]-[redacted]-[redacted]Cell: [redacted]

Yes my truck passed inspection so at this time it has been taken care of. However I am still not liking the way I was treated and the message they originally sent about involving a third party. I called into Battlefield; not my fault there employees not trained well.

Review: I purchased a vehicle from Battlefield Toyota on July 18, 2015. One week later I arrived and paid for the car with a check from my bank, and the remaining amount owed I paid with my debit card. On Aug 16, 2015, I called the dealership to tell them I had not received the license plates yet. I was told by the general manager that I still needed to get an emission test and that they would overnight me the plates once the emissions test hit the computer system. I was currently out of the state when I called, so days later when I arrived back to VA I got the emissions test. On approximately Aug Sept 1, 2015, I called battlefield Toyota again asking for my license plates. I was told I still owed money but the finance guy was not in the office at that time. I was unsure how I owed money due to the fact I paid in person the full amount. I asked to speak to the general manager again regarding this issue and what to do to get my license plates sent to me. He told me he would call me back. The next day after not receiving a call, I called the general manager back and again he said he would call back. I have been calling everyday since, trying to get my license. I am given the run around with the issue. I am told the finance guy is out or the general manager is out or to call someone else at the Toyota cheverolet dealership. No one returns my calls. Not only do I need the license plates b/c my temporary tags expired almost two months ago, but I need the title of the car to go to [redacted] or the loan will become invalid. I have already received notices from Navy Federal Union regarding the issue. I am on active duty and must drive on base everyday. Not having up to date license plates will cause me to get my driving privileges revoked on base.Desired Settlement: I want the license plates overnighted to my residence and I want the title of the car sent to [redacted].
