I booked an all inclusive trip for a destination wedding There were people booked for this trip Despite it being cheaper to book online by myself, I booked along with the wedding party, and had nothing but problems I was not the only one with issues, but I will only speak on my own occurrences I was double charged for my trip Then after choosing which flight and departure city, and paying in full, we received notice that our flight had changed, considerably, week before our trip and could not be changed I was told there was nothing I could do about it but received a dollar credit to use towards a next *** trip within months The change in flight times, was a day later, early morning arrival, interfering with work, etc Only to find out that once we got to our destination, it wasn't a flight error, it was travel agent error There was only ever one flight from our departure and arrival from our destinationWhen I inquired to change it, I was told I had to do it before arriving in punta Cana (to which I was told there was nothing I could do by the agent) We had to make any future changes using our *** rep from Dom republic, which wasn't an option To note, we were also traveling with a year old lady and another elderly couple
It should be noted that many emails were not responded to(inquiries that we sent by the person I was travelling with) and when she spoke to her on the phone, the agent was distracted and proceeded to talk to someone else, over top of their conversation
Once at the destination, many people had he same issues with the agent and were not impressed Maybe a group booking was not the way to go with this agency, as they advertise they have years of experience
