I purchased a cigar from them and planned on enjoying it while having a beer at their barminutes into the cigar the wrapper leaf began to crack and fall apartI had planned to just power through and smoke it anyway but I asked one of their employees if this was a common trend with this particular brandHe responded with an immediate "NO", took it from my hand and promptly tossed it in the garbage"Let me replace that for you" he said and let me pick out whatever I wanted regardless of priceNeedless to say I will be back and anyone looking for a well stocked bar, boutique cigars, and great customer service should patron this business
