I received a ban for asking for a customer support supervisorI was rather salty with them, fully admit that, but I was banned right after I asked to speak to a specific reps supervisor
When you ask questions of support you get generic walls of meaningless wordsThey in no way, shape, or form try to actually understand certain processes
I have been flat *** to by multiple representatives and been mislead by others
