I would like to address several false statements in Ms. [redacted] claim. First, Nissan of Bourne performed all of the repairs on Ms. [redacted] vehicle at no cost to her, under "good will". I have attached the repair order in question, which clearly shows this. In addition a rental vehicle was...

provided at no cost as well. The leak was determined to have been caused by a steering shaft grommet that had come unseated. (This problem is most commonly caused by driving through a very large puddle at high speed.) Again, although the determination was that there was no defect, all repairs were done at no charge. No payment was either sought or received from Ms. [redacted] insurance. If Ms. [redacted] submitted a claim to her insurance company and was reimbursed for the repair, this would be "double-dipping" as she had no out-of-pocket costs from Nissan of Bourne.The vehicle Ms. [redacted] purchased was of the highest quality and Nissan of Bourne went above and beyond to stand behind it.I feel this complaint should be removed.

Please add your rejection comments below. That is not what happened.  Never was I told that it was 18.00 if I purchased tires. Like I said in my initial complaint, if they would have said it was 36.00 no matter if I did one or two tires I wouldn't have brought the car in. This business can't even admit they made a small error. What a shame they can't resolve this simple matter. I hope others are made aware of their business practices before they decide to patronize them. Watch out for the classic bait and switch. This dealership/repair center fits all of the classic stereotypes. Consumer be aware. What a joke. Regards,

Good afternoon, [redacted] came in to have 1 tire balanced, he had a vibration and told us only to balance the l/f, when he was quoted the price of $36.00 upon write up, before vehicle even went into the shop, I recommended that we do both tires. Reason being is that the price is $36.00 to do one...

or two. He opted just to do the l/f, signed the R.O. before starting work, work completed , paid the bill and was on his way. Approx. 15-20 min. after paying the bill he called and wanted to pay $18.00. [redacted] stated he called and got the quote of $18.00 (that is the price per tire if you purchase four) , however at write up he was told it was $36.00 and it  was explained to him why  there are different prices before R.O. signed.
