This is not true a Carlson system is a 1300 gal fiberglass tank on top of a concrete pool when we put the cover back on the pool the tank was 3/4 full so to say he pumped 2500 gals is just a lie , as for the money , I called his phone 5 times and even left him a text message and he never replied at that point I stopped the check , I also offered $450  which is the highest of 15 estimates and I still have a 3/4 full cesspool at this point I have no problem going to court . I will have another company come and fully pump out my system and have it documented to prove 2500 gallons wasn't taken ...

Fair price, ran the plumbing and installed 3 new 3500 gallon pools in 1/2 a day.... while on site, they did some additional excavating for a landscaping project at no charge..... honest & genuine, and a pleasure to do business with!

My cesspool was filled. Called him to pump out the main holding tank. When I found my over flow was filled called him back to inform that both had to be done. He charge for the main tank was $200. When he came and was informed of the overflow problem he said I should have it air rated. He pumped the over flow out to 1/4 filled and then pumped the sewage back in until it was halfway filled. He put in chemicals and told me in three days should be down. I checked in three days and it was not. Called him and informed him that the level has not dropped. He sent his son over with a large compressor and he air rated it with the compressor. Added chemicals again and said it should go down. In three days the level went down. Have not had a problem since. There was no charge for coming back and air rating it again.

I have since added air going into the over flow to help the bacteria grow and it has help a lot.

Review: I had the company come and pump my cesspool , he told me that most companies pump out the cesspools for $400 , and you end up needing another service in a few months so he sold me on a full service, pump out , aerate .and chemicals ...now after the job was done he charged me $814. and I did all the hard work < I dug the cover out for an hour and I reburied it when they were done ,the next day a friend told me that he had his completely serviced for 300 (same service ) so I got 9 different estimates from 9 different cesspool companies

and none of them were over $400.00 for the complete service . also before he left he pumped 1/2 the sewage back into my cesspool and said thats to help the chemicals work , no other companies said that was a normal service .Desired Settlement: I will like to pay the normal going rate which is $300 to $400 dollars and I would like my pool emptied like its supposed to be

In response to his complaint. I received a call from a contractor, [redacted] asking if I could go on a service call to [redacted]'s house at approximately 5:30 pm. I never spoke to [redacted] on the phone nor gave him a quote. Upon arriving to his house, he had the pool dug up. The type of system he has is called a "carlson system", which is a septic tank on top of the cesspool. I pumped 2500 gallons (price is $150 per 1000 gallons), two bottles of chemical (at $65 per bottle) and aerated the pool ($150). The service call was after hours at approximately 7 pm. The total price was $750 plus tax. After hearing of the complaint, I called him to discuss. He thinks I should've charged $400. I disagree. I offered to personally go over there an open the pool to show it is empty. He refused. He informed me he put a stop on the check he wrote and is not going to pay the bill for services performed.
