I am rejecting this response because:
I am rejecting the response for multiple reasons! The entire response is a lie! First, if you go onto their website it even offers an entire house to be carpet cleaned if it is under 1500 square feet for $89.95, and an aggressive move-out clean for my 1100 sq feet house is $125. This already does not add up to his "simple math". Regardless of if this did, the estimate I received over the phone was $150 for the entire services, I confirmed this while making the appointment multiple times and it was confirmed and said because it was a special package!  I never requested any type of citrus deep clean, unless it was already included but I did not specifically ask for that because I did not even know what that was! Every time that I called after 8:15 am in the morning, I was never informed that my "service appointment" could be between 8-9am which apparently he claims really means between 8-9:30am, which is already him contradicting himself. Every time I called until 10:30 am when they showed up, he kept replying they were on their way. I had to take off work to wait for them and wouldn't have done this just to sit in an empty house for 2 and a half hours.  As for the only vehicles that they show up in being work vans, that is also a lie. The two "professional" house cleaners showed up in street clothes in a busted up personal mini van. I am sure that my old neighbors will have NO PROBLEM confirming this, seeing how a few called to see if the minivan was supposed to be there.  The house cleaners did not clean anything, and left a pile of cigarettes inside my back screened in porch and more in my back yard that I had to pick up myself. I left the "house cleaners"  and their minivan there and went to work. When I left work at 4:30/5 pm, I had not received an update or a call for payment, so I drove to the property. The house was empty, house cleaning was not done, and there had been no carpet cleaning even started. I called the office, again, and they said a technician was on the way to finish the house cleaning and begin the carpets. This time a Batts big white service van did show up and the technician did have a uniform on, so this helped settle all of the doubts I was beginning to have. I left him there to finish and told him to call me when he was done. He did not call until 7pm. I will GLADLY provide all my cell phone records so you can compare the times and I can once again prove that this man is a liar. This is when they tried to tell me it would be over $300. I was given the owners number and finally talked him down to $225 with taxes because they were late and I had been told MUCH LESS over the phone. The only "bait & switch" that happened was this man trying to take advantage of me. The owner put me on hold for TEN MINUTES, except it wasn't even on hold, it was just him putting the phone down and watching the tv I could hear in the background. Then picked it up and asked for my credit card information. I told him that I would not authorize a charge on my card until I had seen the house and confirmed that work had been done the next day, and that I needed a work form and receipt anyways.  He said that was fine but he needed to take my card number now so the technician could leave the property. He charged my card without me signing or authorizing it. They never completed the house cleaning. The carpets were done so poorly that they had this hard type residue on them. I had to hire another company. If there are any doubts, I have included a link to their [redacted] reviews which state similar experiences from other customers. I guess I should have done more research than just the Revdex.com site.

I was taken advantage of. This business is unprofessional, they are liars, and their rating is a fluke because nobody has realized to complain on the Revdex.com site. I want a total refund, it was illegal for them to charge my card and if they do not want to settle it this way, I will be seeking settlement through an investigation with [redacted] which will prove that I did not authorize or sign anything giving them permission to charge my card.
