Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThe company sent me a prepaid label to ship the jacket and accessories back to them and also provided a refund via PaypalI have secured a receipt for the package drop off and I am including it here as an attachment I can only wish for the company to be this accommodating with other customers who have had the same problem as me receiving a jacket on a size that they intended to make however ended up not being fabricated (with the exception of the Blazer model), instead of telling them that the jacket received is the "Tall" size when is not That being said I hope the matter of my refund is now settled, shall there be any other complication I shall report on it.Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I am extremely dissapointed with Baubax's refusal to refund my money back, especially since they clearly admit that they have dishonestly withheld updates and information from their supportersThat is clearly unacceptableIf I would have known that they had planned to take months upon months to not deliver the product AND not inform their supporters of the reasons behind the delay, I would have never spent money on their productsThey have also admitted to lying and deceiving their customers, as they have decided to sell their products to third parties before their promised Kickstarter backers received their products per the promise made to them to receive their products before anyone elseFurthermore, Baubax misrepresented the type/quality of fabric used in the sweatshirt style jacket and buried this information in a shipping information update well after the end of the campaign and the period to cancel my orderIf I would have known this information at the time of purchae, I would have not bought these jacketsIn sum, Baubax broke its contract with me with regards to quality of materials and functionality of the jackets; and for lying about their shipping timeline and their promise to deliver their product to Kickstarter backers before anyone elseBaubax simply cannot get away with fraud, and I appreciate the Revdex.com's efforts to hold them accountable, and for ensuring I get my money back.Sincerely, [redacted]

Good Afternoon ***, BauBax is truly sorry for the delays, which were the result of a company of two people receiving orders for approximately 50,jackets, which (per Kickstarter standards) did not actually existThe team has done absolutely everything in its power to produce the jackets to its backers' satisfactions Both East and West coast facilities are shipping orders and customers are receiving their jackets throughout North America Regarding deleted complaints & negative feedback on social media, we encourage our customers to provide quality feedback, however, making claims, such as "scam" or "fraud" will not be accepted and therefore removed Furthermore, your order has been processed and you should be receiving your tracking information very soon At this point, refunds are not possible, because all orders have been produced and shipping information has been sent to our fulfillment centers for processing We appreciated your continued support and patience as we get your order to you Thanks Team BauBax

We are doing are best and have been giving updates as readily as we can with the information that we have and are in full compliance with the Kickstarter Terms and Conditions they agreed to(https://www.kickstarter.com/terms-of-use?ref=footer)BauBax posts updates on the Kickstarter page directly Once this is official posted to the sign all backers who have supported our campaign receive a direct email (per their email on file with their Kickstarter account) Yes, we have started selling to third parties, however, we have assured our customers that our Kickstarter backers and Indiegogo supporters would receive their orders before any 3rd party customer would(As addressed in our latest update on 02/19/2016) To date, this holds true as our Kickstarter customers are receiving our jackets (per our social media posts) Thank you for your their support and hope that you are pleased with the product upon arrival Team BauBax

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Since you stopped replying to my emails ages ago, I am nowhere near the delivery address provided to you in October of Your company is committing fraudulent acts on consumers by: suppressing comments on social media platforms, within the Indiegogo campaign comments section, Manufacturing sizes which do not conform to the sizing chart you provided to backers when they selected sizes Sending regular sized jackets to individuals and claiming they are tall sizes, lying to those same individuals about the sizing by claiming that the indicator for a tall size is within the barcode but not on tags (which we have disproven by gathering and examining barcodes) and by claiming you had the experience and team selected to manage this project then responding to complaints by saying "we were only two people." We are not stupid, although you treat us as though we must be We have compiled significant evidence to prove consumer fraud and breach of contract and will be advancing complaints to regulatory, civil and criminal bodies for further action You have repeatedly lied to backers, worked diligently at obfuscating the truth, breached your contract by selling and delivering garments to third party retail buyers ahead of promised delivery to early adopters I want nothing to do with you or your products Provide me with a full refund.Sincerely, [redacted]

Good Evening, We are doing are best and have been giving updates as readily as we can with the information that we have Unfortunately, we did not meet our initial deadline of the holidays, due to a few caveats; shipping delays per the Chinese holidays and customs hold-ups as we are a 1st time company importing into the U.S.Awhich has a more thorough inspection process As we committed, we have began shipping to our International customers (Non-North American orders)Yes, we are delayed in shipping orders for Indiegogo, and [redacted] soon begin North America orders once all our Kickstarter backers shipments have been sent Furthermore, the delayed responses from our support team has been addressed as we have asked our backers with questions to be patient as we are backloggedMost recently we implemented an automated response that has asked them to be patient with our response We are working feverishly to answer and be attentive to our customers, along with getting them their jackets, but we do appreciate their patience Team BauBax
