I wanted to inform you that I finally received a refund from this company via Pay Pal this afternoonAll it took was me telling the people at Baubax that I initiated a complaint with the Revdex.com last week and they committed to process a refund Today it came through I looked through the actual complaint and did not find a way to update you within that file Hopefully this will suffice and I hope you can still publish the complaint and resolution so that the hundreds of other unhappy backers can pursue refunds as well Thanks

In regards to third party purchases getting "ahead of" kickstarter backers, this simply should not be the case but has to do with inefficiencies in BauBax's process and use of a third party packer. Despite BauBax sending the Jackets for Kickstarter backers to its fulfillment center before it sent any third parties. These third partied being a more established company's, were simply able to move more quickly then we were. With regard to deceptive communication, there is not intention for deceiving anyone. Our communication has been as frequent as we have had information to provide. Although this may be not what you want to hear, we are not looking to hide information to our backers. There may be slight delays, but that is only to gather more information to provide so we don't flood inboxes with updates. With regard to fraud, this is in no way shape or form fraud. We as a company are shipping products to customers around the world. Per social media and delivery confirmations, this holds true. At this point, refunds are not possible, because all orders information produced and shipping information has been sent to our fulfillment centers for processing. Good Afternoon, We are doing are best and have been giving updates as readily as we can with the information that we have and are in full compliance with the Kickstarter Terms and Conditions they agreed to. (https://www.kickstarter.com/terms-of-use?ref=footer). BauBax posts updates on the... Kickstarter page directly. Once this is official posted to the sign all backers who have supported our campaign receive a direct email (per their email on file with their Kickstarter account) Unfortunately, we did not meet our initial deadline of the holidays, due to a few caveats; shipping delays per the Chinese holidays and customs hold-ups as we are a 1st time company importing into the U.S.A. which has a more thorough inspection process. With that being said, we have began shipping to our International customers (Non-North American orders). This began on 2/16/2016 and we have seen pictures posted on social of our customers receiving them. In addition, we will begin North American order shipments on 2/26/2016. In a recent update provided to our backers on 1/14/2016, we informed backers that orders would begin shipping at the end of 01/2016 - and go through end of 02/2016. We are slightly delayed from our adjusted schedule with this timeline. To date, backers on both the east and west coast have received jackets along with our international customers. This holds true as our Kickstarter customers are receiving our jackets (per our social media posts). We are working feverishly to get all our customers their orders, we appreciate the continued support and patience. Team BauBax

I did receive a refund for the purchase price after I returned the jacket Normally this would be good enough for a simple return However
BauBax purposefully defrauded me and many others like me They guaranteed a "tall" size jacket They did not produce tall sizes They are still claiming I received a "tall", even though the SKU UPC code on my item and the item's attached labeling indicates a size For most internet purchases, I accept paying shipping costs (to receive and return if necessary) In this case, due to BauBax's fraudulent transaction, I believe I am entitled to be made 100% whole - included the $shipping charge for them to send me the jacket, and the $shipping charge for me to return it I request $for total shipping costs.

Per the fabric changes, these were design decisions made to make the jacket more comfortable for the user (along with more sturdy with all the pockets gadgets)We had to balance functionality and quality and polyester lining was the perfect solution

The company has not even responded to my request for an exchange I have not heard from the company in response to my inquiry as to how I might even initiate an exchange There is absolutely no accountability or customer care on their part There are no instructions for how to go about asking for an exchange of items Again, if I have to pay exorbitant costs to ship items to and from Asia from the United States just to get the correct fit of products, that is not acceptable customer service As dozens others have already expressed the same complaint as mine - the company's sizing chart is not accurate Why would everyone have clothes that do not fit properly? The company needs to fix their mistakes and be held accountable for their mistakes
I will not pay to ship my items back to Asia just get properly fitting items If that is the case, I still request a refund

As we have stated, yes, we are delayed in shipping orders for Indiegogo, however, we are beginning to ship internationally and will soon begin North America orders once all our Kickstarter backers shipments have been sent.
Furthermore, the delayed responses from our support team has been addressed as we have asked our backers with questions to be patient as we are backloggedMost recently we implemented an automated response that has asked our customer to be patient with our response.
Yes, we have started selling to third parties, and with our delays, there have been a few customers that have received their jackets prior to our Kickstarter and Indiegogo backersWe are working feverishly to fix this and get the backers their jackets as soon as possible.

TBS’s ability to collect payment for invoices it factors (buys) is wholly dependent upon our client sending TBS the correct paperwork showing all of the requirements necessary to collect payment from the client’s customer have been met. Proof the requirements for payment have been met is
satisfied by a signed bill of lading, lumper receipts and other papers pertaining to the delivery to which each factored invoice relates. These are well-known requirements in the trucking industry, so much so they are part of our contract with this client and all of TBS’s clients. In this case, TBS is unable to collect 31.7% of this client’s factored invoices (a considerable amount of money) due to the client’s failure to provide TBS the required paperwork necessary for TBS to collect from the client’s customers. TBS has repeatedly asked for the missing paperwork, but this client has not complied. TBS has advised this client that it will not factor any future invoices until the required paperwork is received for the client’s old invoices. Apparently, this client is complaining TBS’s service is somehow lacking, even though the client has not met the basic agreed upon contractual requirements and obligations the client owes to TBSTBS takes great pride the exceptional customer service it provides all its clients. In fact, on numerous occasions, this same client has called TBS to express great satisfaction with our customer service

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The explanation given by the BauBax does not hold any validityYou guys changed the quality of material from 100% cotton to polyester mix without any intimationYou guys changed the sizing chart and still the product does not adhere to the updated sizing charts - no fault of the consumerAnd I just don't want to start on the customer service - which is absolutely pathetic***, people should just sue you guys for the monetary and mental issues you guys are creating.
