Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
7/22/2015: Purchased Nov/Dec : Promise of delivery April :
new promise date of delivery May : emailed them, because no communication was ever received why I haven't received anythingI was never informed of any shipment/tracking May 17: Claim to have sent it on 4/1, and as of 4/it was stuck somewhere with no update May : ask for information (address, jacket, style etc) again and promise to resend I have sent several emails between 5/until now (6/10) for update, but not a single reply was ever received on where and when they plan to resend the promised products
At this point, I just want a refundIt's ridiculous how long this whole thing took with no end product.Sincerely,*** **

TBS is sorry that this valued client is dissatisfied with the service their company has received from TBSThe pivotal complaint seems to be the date that we collected a $advance TBS had given the clientThe advance was originally given on a specific load and TBS failed to charge the advance
back to the client when we factored the load for which the advance was given (which is the usual time when advances are re-paid to us and this would have shown on the paperwork we send to the client for each factoring)When it was discovered that we had not collected the advance, we collected it on the next factoringThe client did not notice when he was overpaid $more than he was due, but he did notice when the money was collected several days later and became upsetWe understand that it can be upsetting to notice money withheld when you have not been informed that it will happenIt is TBS’ policy to alert a client when we are collecting an overpayment, and I regret that an alert did not occur in this case
We have listened to the tapes of the phone conversations that were mentioned in this complaintI am surprised by the characterization that was given in the complaintOur client was calm and polite and our employee was calm and politeThe client did not receive the answer he wanted, but our employee was not rudeThe client asked if we were with the Revdex.com (which should have been a clue that he was dissatisfied, but our employee seemed to miss it!)We cannot find any rude comments or calls that ended in an inappropriate hang-up
I have informed the client of the free-wire countWe had given more free wires than we agreed to giveToday (3/24/17) the client told our representative that he would ask his wife to have the Revdex.com complaint removedTBS sincerely hopes that we can get back on the good terms with the client that existed before this incidence

Unfortunately, we did not meet our initial deadline of the holidays, due to a few caveats; shipping delays per the Chinese holidays and customs hold-ups as we are a 1st time company importing into the U.S.Awhich has a more thorough inspection process.
With that being said, we have began shipping to our International customers (Non-North American orders)This began on 2/16/and we have seen pictures posted on social of our customers receiving themIn addition, we will begin North American order shipments on 2/26/In a recent update provided to our backers on 1/14/2016, we informed backers that orders would begin shipping at the end of 01/- and go through end of 02/We are slightly delayed from our adjusted schedule with this timeline
To date, backers on both the east and west coast have received jackets along with our international customersThis holds true as our Kickstarter customers are receiving our jackets (per our social media posts)
We are working feverishly to get all our customers their orders, we appreciate the continued support and patience

This is the same canned response I have received since JanuaryBauBax has not still given any insight into where my order is and if or when it will shipFor that reason this canned response is unacceptableI already addressed the comments via Kickstarter but 6+ month wait is fraudulent businessI want a refund for what I paid as I never received and have yet to receive any timeline of when I actually will receive my jackets. Yes, we have started selling to third parties, and with our delays, there have been a few customers that have received their jackets prior to our Kickstarter and Indiegogo backersWe are working feverishly to fix this and get the backers their jackets as soon as possible.
To date, backers on both the east and west coast have received jacketsThis holds true as our Kickstarter customers are receiving our jackets (per our social media posts).

The material description was shared on the campaign page in August and the Backers on Kickstarter were informed that the Sweatshirt will be made of an cotton and polyester blendFurthermore, the email that was sent to our support team on March 16th, was replied to by our support representative the same day

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: The products are defective/ not as describedTherefore, I disagree that I have to pay 2-way shipping, as indicated in the business website, to get the products exchangedIt is not my wish to make an exchange due to a change of mind, but it is because the products are not usable due to the defectiveness and should be the business's responsibility to make things work out by covering the cost of shipping for exchange

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:Once again, they never actually addressed my complaintI don't want the jacket because its not the jacket I orderedI ordered two 100% cotton jackets, not two poly cotton blendsMy last repose had the evidence attached that they are STILL misinforming their buyers/backers and in turn, selling a productAs you can see from all the responsesNo one actually takes the time to read your concern, they just reply with generic word for word emails to all their backers no matter what the issue isMy original complaint has still not been resolved, nor have they put forth any effort to fix itThey did not inform their backers of the material change until update number - which was sent in January - way past when the campaign was closed, and then refused to give refunds to people who no longer wanted the product due to the material changeThis company has the worst customer service and the whole experience has honestly been unrealI've attached yet again the screen shot of their kickstarter homepage where it STILL says they are selling 100% cotton sweatshirts, when they in fact are notHow is this even legal? I will be contacting my lawyer today - on this April fools day because I am tired of this joke of a company, BAUBAX. Sincerely,*** ***-
